I have the same issue and the link to the manual does work. Can you please assist me? It's 90 degrees out and I'm melting.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Me and my husband had the same problem. We almost broke the a/c and then we noticed that a plastic thing was in our way. so if you're trying to push it and it has resistance then move this little plastic thing into a little hole. That's all.
