Hello- Thank you for your question. We are happy to help! This refrigerator will have this label. Starting in early August 2018, we began adding new labels to our products to comply with the new Prop 65 requirements. Proposition 65 requires companies to provide written warnings regarding consumer products that contain certain chemicals that the Governor has determined cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. Note: We evaluate all chemicals in our products and comply with state and federal chemical content laws. We provide the Proposition 65 warning when a listed chemical is present, even when there is little or no exposure potential. We hope this is helpful!
