QuestionHow do I defrost the freezer?

- Answer Good day, Thank you so much for reaching out about this amazing refrigerator! This refrigerator does not need to be manually defrosted. If you are seeing frost in your freezer, then check to make sure nothing is preventing the freezer door from closing completely. Constantly opening the freezer causes warm moist air to enter, thus causing frost crystals. We hope these tips help. Stay safe! Mike@GEA

- Answer Hi there, thanks for reaching out, this is a really good question! Yes, this model refrigerator has reversible doors and the doors can be changed to open from either direction. - Answer No, no light in the freezer section and there is a single control for both freezer and fridge. It's a great product, but basic.

There is one difference on the outside and that is the GSN model has stainless steel rounded doors while the HSN model has smooth rounded doors.
