• Hi DL - Model GTS18HGNRWW should not be installed in unheated locations, such as garages or unheated rooms where the temperature is likely to fall below 60 degrees Fahrenheit. At this temperature, the unit is less efficient and will continue to lose efficiency as the outdoor temperature decreases. At 32 degrees, there is no cooling capability at all. We also offer "garage ready" GE® 19.2 Cu. Ft. Top-Freezer Refrigerator Model #: GTS19KGNRWW. This model is tested to perform from 38°F to 110°F. Thanks for considering GE! Sue
