QuestionI have a scratch on the front of the fridge that I would like to fix. What is the material on the front doors of the fridge. It is metal, plastic, etc. I need to know so I can get it fixed. Thanks A picture is below

- Answer Slate is a highly engineered, low-gloss matte, metallic paint finish. Refrigerator doors are a steel with interior plastic liner and foam. We have touch up paint that can be tested and used if desired. The touch up paint for the Slate is part number (WD49X10017) and Dorian Gray for the side finish is part number (WD49X10016). QuestionWhere are the coils on this fridge? How often should they be cleaned? What's the best way to clean them? Thanks!

- Answer This model features a NeverClean™ Condenser which means that the condenser coils are in a location that does not require them to be cleaned. While it is not necessary for the performance of the refrigerator, if you want to clean dust, pet hair, etcetera, off the floor beneath the refrigerator, an appliance brush or vacuum with a hose attachment can be used.
