“The specifications say 65.375 inches. Is there any adjustment to shorten the top by 1/8 - 1/4 inches?”

Hi Katum68 - No, the minimum overall height to top of hinge is 65 3/8" (leveling legs in lowest position). Height to top of case is 64 7/8". Not really. This unit has levelling legs, so you can adjust it up or down a bit, but they are 2-point front adjustable, and there's no range of adjustment, as with a dishwasher.
