Hello there - We really appreciate you reaching out to us about this. None of our refrigerators use linear (inverter) compressors. (They all run on reciprocating compressors.) Additionally, we do not test our appliances to run on inverters. You should check with the inverter manufacturer on whether that device will run an appliance. In general, appliances can be used on an auxiliary power generator such as a gas, diesel, or propane powered generator. We do not specifically test our appliances for use on generators such as gas or inverter powered generators. We hope this is insightful!
