“Whenever I open the freezer the top bin with the ice bin moves forward n comes off the track of the lower bin. How do I correct this”

Mine does this sometimes, too, and I think it’s because I have too much food packed in there, quite frankly. Wish I could provide a better answer, but at least you know it’s not just you!
