“Does the shelf above the two vegetable doors come out or apart for cleaning? There is spilt liquid under the glass right where the middle piece of plastic is that sits under the glass in the middle between the two crisper doors. The glass does to cleaning”

Yes they do. Enough room is needed to open both doors at the same time, then a little tug in the right direction will get the interior pieces out and back in.
