Q: QuestionHello, can anybody tell me a specific trim kit that could fit with this? I had the profile version and ordered this one thinking it would match but it doesnt. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Based on our research, this model does not have a trim kit associated with it. Therefore, we cannot recommend that you build this unit into surrounding cabinetry as we have not tested and approved this unit for that style of installation. Q: QuestionWhat trim kit goes with JES2051SNSS ? My current model is obsolete and this is the model recommended to replace it. The current trim kit is ~ 27" wide (side to side).

• A:Answer Hello ScottR, Thanks for reaching out. There is no trim kit that goes with this microwave. This microwave is a countertop and can not be installed inside a cabinet opening. If you need a built in microwave try PEB7227ANDD with the trim kits JX7227SLSS (Stainless steel); JX7230SLSS (Stainless steel). You will need to use the trim kits with the model. We hope this helps. • A:Answer I do it by using the 30 second button with the start/pause button. Put item in, push 30 sec button, push start/pause button when I want, if item is ready I then hit the stop/clear button.

We do have built in microwaves with 2.2 cu ft. however, you will need a cutout height of 16-3/4" to properly install a built-in microwave. We do apologize about this inconvenience. Best wishes -Mike

We're finding that the following built in model has similar overall dimensions for the microwave itself and also has the same cutout dimensions as your old unit: PEB7227ANDD. Though this model is dark gray, it does have Stainless Steel trim kits to help it blend with your other Stainless Steel appliances. These trim kits would need to be used since this unit can only be installed via building it into surrounding cabinetry. These are the trim kits associated with this new unit: JX7227SLSS & JX7230SLSS. Q: QuestionThe plastic is splitting on the reheat button (it looks like a hole) and now we can see it starting on the time cook button. We've only had it about 2 months and this looks terrible and will probably get worse. Anyone else having this problem?

• A:Answer It may be that you haven't removed the protective film over the buttons that is very difficult to see when unpacking the unit. This happened to me on a unit I recently purchased. I couldn't believe how invisible the plastic was until it tore over the "1" button.

The added number is a line identifier to help identify parts if service is needed. While they are the same model, they are not tested for built-in installation any longer and the trim kit is no longer available. Q: QuestionI have GE microwave oven Profile, Spacesaver,model JEM31WF001 from about 2015. The WHITE INTERIOR HAS A COUPLE OF NICKS THAT i'M AFRAID MAKES IT DANGEROUS TO USE. I think it is no longer being made. Please tell me what is the closest to that model.
