Why do my loads end up Canceling, how can I fix it? null

To use this washer, load the clothes, add the detergent and press the Start button. if you want to add an item to the load, press the Start button one time to pause the cycle. If the cycle is not restarted within 15 minutes, the cycle will be cancelled.
