I have unplugged the ge steam washer dryer and the door is still locked- is there some way to manually unlock it?

To unlock the door, pause or stop the cycle and let the water drain. If the door stays locked, try disconnecting power to the unit for a few minutes. Also, make sure the pump filter is clean as this can also cause the door to remain locked. Please let us know if you have any more questions. - John@GEA
