We’re so sorry it’s been difficult to get hands on some of our appliances in recent months; we realize how frustrating that must be in an already frustrating time. The pandemic has certainly impacted all of us, both at home and in business. We’ve made adjustments across the board – including adding resources and shifts, adjusting workspaces and working with component suppliers who are doing the same – to alleviate the pressure on our business and navigate the challenges we’ve encountered in the supply chain so that we can meet the unprecedented demand we’re seeing. We truly value all our retail partners, who are also facing difficulties in this time, and we are working with them individually to fulfill orders just as quickly as possible. However, we realize availability could be strained for some time yet. We really do appreciate your patience in the meantime and hope you’ll continue to trust us as we work to ensure the best product possible for you and your family.
