“How do I order this fridge with the handle on the right, and the hinge on the left? Or is this something that I need to change myself after the fridge has been ordered?”

There are instructions with/on the fridge showing how to do it. I didn't pay for installation but it seems to reason that would be part of the additional cost. 0

Fridge comes with handle on left. You can switch it when you get home.
