I don't understand why this or the refrigerator just simply doesn't have the rolling mechanism like it's been used for yearsore like decades having to turn this is and that just to roll the unit out to clean on this unit needs a second person seems like you're making things harder not simple and stop fixing things that aren't broken a simple roller mechanism works great that you pull forward very seldom and push back onto it's place the refrigerator is in a kitchen not on a Hill this roller thing has been a thing for decades now you need a second person for lifting the fridge up to turn the leg to roll it seems like millennium stupidity just saying not happy about it think simple working for the consumer not having to call Harry to move the refrigerator just saying this is ridiculous thinking try standard common sense I'm being real not a jerk have a great day

There are adjustable leveling legs near each front corner of the refrigerator. They firmly position the unit so it is prevented from moving when the doors are opened. These leveling legs may come in a certain position from the factory, but when you install the unit they should be set so the front of the refrigerator is raised just enough for the doors to close easily when opened about halfway. You turn the leveling legs clockwise to raise the refrigerator and counterclockwise to lower it. Regarding rollers, these are near the leveling legs and will allow the refrigerator to be moved away from the wall for cleaning. You can turn the legs counterclockwise until the weight of the unit is transferred from them to the rollers. Once the refrigerator is rolled back into position, you turn the legs clockwise until they are bearing the weight of the refrigerator again. We hope this clarifies the situation, but are happy to help with any other questions or concerns. All the best! -Sarah@GEA
