“GTS22KSNRSS is "garage ready" & tested to perform from 38°F - 110°F (Operates fine in this temp. range). What if garage is not insulated and temp. drops below 38°F (goes to 0 or negative °F, or above 110°F)? Does it auto-shut off or has to be turned off?”

Greetings, We'll be happy to answer this question! Extreme temperatures outside the temperature range will affect cooling, causing the unit to be less efficient. Below 32 °F, there is no cooling capability at all. At temperatures exceeding 110°F, there is a possibility of the oil overheating and breaking down, thus damaging the compressor or sealed system.
