“Since this isn't a true counter-depth refrigerator wouldn't the cutout dimensions listed for the width (36 inches) be incorrect and would be the same cutout width as the GSS23GSKSS model, fitting an opening that is 33 inches wide by 70.25 inches tall?”

Hello- Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. We will get this corrected. The width is 32-3/4 and we recommend 1/8 of an inch clearance on each side.
