Hi there, thank you for connecting with us about this great Side-by-Side Refrigerator. The icemaker for this unit is able to make 4.5 lbs of ice per day and holds 8 lbs of ice total. We were unable to measure the bin of the icemaker because of the "auger" that runs through the middle of it. We're sorry we're unable to provide this information, we know it is disappointing to not be able to find this out.
