Hi - Great question! This model with the icemaker in the freezer compartment will hold approximately 3 lbs of ice. Our refrigerators that have the icemaker on the inside of the left refrigerator door will hold approximately 3.6 lbs of ice. We do hope you choose one of our beautiful GE refrigerators for your home.
