Q: QuestionDo you have to connect the internal water dispenser to have water for ice? I question wasting energy by opening the door constantly for water so I would like to shut off. Also can water spills or drips get into the freezer?

The external water line runs into a single valve that directs the water to either the dispenser or the icemaker. The best option here is to simply not use the internal water dispenser. Q: QuestionDoes this unit have dual evaporators? One for the freezer and one for the fresh food area so the air isn't exchanged. Is the temp adjustable for the full with 3rd drawer in the fresh food area?

Q: QuestionThis is the Model number that one of your competitors offer and the options to order. GNE25JSKSS. I chose to option for color "SS" and "None" for ice/water dispenser. We have no need for water or ice. Other of your competitors say it is not possible?

Q: QuestionHow difficult is it to slide the entire refrigerator out? we have a wall to the left of our existing refrigerator (french door). However, due to the wall we are unable to open the door sufficiently in order to pull out the draws or change the filters.

To move the refrigerator you will need to turn the legs clockwise to raise the refrigerator. Pull the refrigerator straight out and return it to position by pushing it straight in. Moving the refrigerator in a side direction may result in damage to the floor covering or refrigerator. After moving back into place, lower the leveling legs until they touch the floor.
