Just stick with this model. Other models we've had before this one needed an IT to read and operate the control panel. People need an oven with an easy to read and operate control panel, and this one is perfect for us BOOMERS. Other ovens we've tried and failed with we had to call to China and even then their customer service operators could not stop speaking in computer-lingo. That was an $800 dollar oven we totally could not understand how to operate, with the directions in computer-lingo, and on top of THAT, we had to go through three or four functions on the oven to just turn the danged thing on!!!!!!!!!!! This oven has simple functions, if there are problems, it is made in the U.S.A. by people who understand simple functions for people who prefer simple functions, and not a "COMPUTER IN THE WALL". Stay with this model. You will not regret it.
