Hi there, Thanks for reaching out. We're terribly sorry to hear that your dishwasher does not power up. We know just how frustrating that can be. This product comes with a one year warranty. Extended warranties must be purchased. We would recommend checking the fuse to see if it needs to be reset/replaced. If that does not work, we recommend contacting service. Hope this helps!
