Number one - delivery should take out of box , SET UP on casterwheels . Curtesey customer service also SHOULD show/explain connections , - not nessesarely demonstration - but such I would consider CUSTOMER SERVICE. Importent ( I learned as no Model / Sample is in store and sales staff pretty unknowing . I encountered all this and can tell you overall it is symble - but customer service (free) delivery insufficent and smacks of selling additional cost .
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The wheels need to be installed. The unit is heavier than a standard dishwasher. I would recommend help with the wheel installation. As for the hookup to the water, it takes only basic plumbing skills for that. You water facet will determine what you need. Had to purchase a few items to complete the hookup, but it works fine. The dishwasher cleans very well but it does not dry as completely as I would like. It is as quiet as any built-in dishwasher I have used. .

The dishwasher comes with the casters off and they need to be placed on the unit. The installation instructions will show you exactly what will need to be done.
