I have no idea whether it has a delayed start feature. I can’t use it because water remains in the bottom and on the sides. I requested that another installer be sent out to check it and the woman at Best Buy said that she would send someone else. However, she sent the same installer. Of course he said it was properly installed. I had to hire a third party to check it. It was improperly installed. That is why the water will not drain out. My opinion of Best Buy and their employees has been greatly reduced. It seems that there is no one that can be trusted in today’s world. I’m sorry I can’t help you with your question.
