A:AnswerHello there - We comply with all federal, state and international requirements regarding hazardous substances and meet those standards. The presence of a Proposition 65 warning does not necessarily mean the product is unsafe or poses a health risk. Over 800 chemicals are on this list, including wood dust, nickel (found in stainless steel), nicotine, and alcohol. Additionally, even inaccessible parts can cause the warning. We can understand your concern; however, we do not provide detailed information about what causes the Prop 65 warning to apply. All the best! -Mikayla@GEA
A:AnswerUnless the latching system of the tubular handle is the same, then I'm going to guess NO. I saw the guy taking them out and putting them on because it would not go thru front door. They even had to remove the doors! anyways, the way it secures, is by a oval hook on each end and then is secured by an allen bolt that screws from the side.
A:AnswerHi there, DaveO - Great question! If the refrigerator must go through any entrance that is less than 38" wide, the doors must be removed. Don't remove the handles. Instructions for removing the doors can be found on pages 23-24 in the Installation Instructions here: https://bit.ly/3jBNkvY We hope that this helps. Thanks so much for checking! -Mikayla
