“Sometimes when I'm getting a glass of ice water the, ice comes out fine, then when I get water it may start with a full stream, but then turns to a trickle or stops all together. If I wait 5 minutes the water stream is back to ok. fridge is new”

Slow water could be caused by a partially clogged filter. You can check to see if this is the issue by installing a bypass plug and seeing if your water dispenses. If it does, you will need to replace your filter. If the water still doesn't flow as it should, please schedule service by calling 833-426-3393. Our technicians would be happy to investigate further.
