• That's what we needed to do and the answer is yes, the handles are easily removed. You'll need an allen wrench.

• The door handles are easy to remove. If you open each door, it will be easy to spot a small recessed screw that holds the handle to the door. You'll need an allen wrench to remove the screw so that you can detach, and re-attach, the handles.
