Hi - Thank you for your interest in this beautiful new GE refrigerator. We have not received any indication at this time of our side-by-side models being offered in the black stainless finish. The black slate model you've inquired about is quite stunning and we are certain you would be thrilled with this model. We do hope you choose GE for your home. Vikki@GEA
