“How tall is it really? The Best Buy website says it is 69.625 inches to top of cabinet without hinges. However for the same model, the GE website says it is 69.0 inches to top of case. Who's right?”

In my case it did not make any difference because there are no cabinets above my unit. I did measure from floor to the top of the unit, and with the 2 covers for the hinges on the top it is just shy of 69 3/4"
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I measured ours from the top of the door to the floor as 69.25 in. The door sticks up about .25 in above the case so I think that 69.0 is probably correct. The hinge adds another .625 in including the .25 in that the door sticks up above the case.
