“The temperature in fridge reads 51 degrees and the freezer 20 degrees. I can still hear the a motor sound running in the back of the fridge. What might be the problem?”

We suggest to reset the electronics by unplugging or by turning off power at the circuit breaker for 30 seconds or so and then reset the controls to factory settings (0F Freezer, 37F Fresh Food).
