Hi Nazek- Thanks for reaching out to us and for choosing GE. We are happy to provide assistance. We suggest to view the following link for tips on measuring refrigerator internal temperatures: https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=19479 - Be sure not to block the air duct on the back wall above the top shelf of the refrigerator. A good food load will help to stabilize temperatures (1/2 to 3/4 full). Adjust the temperature control to a colder setting. This causes the refrigerator to run longer, which in turn will let the air circulate more. We encourage you to contact GE Appliance Service at 1-800-432-2737 for assistance or conveniently schedule an appointment online at GEAppliances.com - We are confident our factory-trained service technicians can resolve any issues to your satisfaction. Keep in touch! Sue
