A:Answer Hi there, and thanks for taking the time to reach out to us. We truly hate to hear your actual temperature is not reflecting the set temperature of your refrigerator. We know that must be concerning, and would like to assist. If your refrigerator is new, it may take a couple days to cool down to the set temperature. You might want to check that the refrigerator door is closing completely and the gasket has no gaps or tears that may be preventing a proper seal. The door also shouldn't be opened too often, if possible. Making sure the unit has proper air clearance and has a reasonable food load also helps to ensure it cools enough. We have an article on our GE website titled 'Refrigerator - Not Cooling Enough' with additional troubleshooting steps, if you'd like to reference that. Our service department is available at 1-800-432-2737 if you are not able to resolve the cooling issue, and a technician would be glad to help resolve. We hope this issue is fixed for you soon, and are happy to help if you have any other questions or concerns. -Sarah@GEA
