• A:Answer When the Dry mode is used on this appliance, you can connect a ½” outer diameter flexible drain hose (not included) to the upper drain port and drain to floor drain.

Q: QuestionHow long can the hose stretch? I live in a basement and my windows sit about 6ft from the ground

• A:Answer The exhaust hose is approximately 5' long. We don't recommend making the hose longer as it would effect the efficiency of the unit.

Q: QuestionThe power is off, how do I turn on the power? The on/off switch is not working, help me please?

• A:Answer Please press the RESET button on the power supply cord. Also, make certain there is power to the electrical outlet, and check that a household fuse has not blown or a circuit breaker tripped. Check also that the control was not programmed for a time delay. -Nancy@GEAppliances
