Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Best Buy crew shouldn't have left without making sure the handles were properly in place. When they assembled mine it took them a while to figure it out but the handles finally clicked and are now firmly in place. I remember it took some strength to do it. Call Best Buy and have them come back and fix this. Don't try it yourself; you don't want to break or scratch something, or hurt yourself. Good luck.
