Hi Kelly - Thanks for your interest in GE Model GNE27ESMSS! This model has factory-installed icemaker with water filtration system for clean, fresh tasting ice. It does not have a water dispenser. Keep in touch at GEAppliances.com. Sue

No, it does not dispense water or ice. It does have an ice-maker in the freezer, which uses the filter to provide clean ice.
