“I have this fridge and the light is not turning on I have done everything I can and the light will not turn of it’s not cooling anything either”

Hi - Thanks for reaching out to us! We are sorry to hear your GE refrigerator model # GFD28GBLTS is not cooling and the lights are not working. This is frustrating, we know. If in Demo Mode, the unit will not cool. Press and hold the Freezer, Fridge, and Crushed pads for 7 seconds to activate or deactivate Demo Mode. Check the power source. Plug something else into the outlet and make sure the plug is fully inserted. Reset the home circuit breaker by turning off for 30 seconds.
