“What is the difference between a frost free refrigerator and an automatic defrost one?”

Hello Caladium22. Thank you for your question. We are glad to assist. Frost free refrigerators defrost automatically either on a time-based system or usage-based system. There is no difference between frost free and automatic defrost models. I hope this helps. Olga
