Hello there - We hate to hear that your refrigerator's handle is loose and we're happy to help. Tighten the set screws at each end of the handles. Most handles require a 3/32" or 1/8" Allen wrench to tighten. Additional information can be found on page 32 in the owner's manual. We hope that this helps.
