Hi - Yes, the refrigerator is Sabbath Mode Capable. On French-Door and Bottom Freezer refrigerators manufactured April 2018 and after, the interior lighting during Sabbath Mode has changed. The LED fresh foods lights stay on during Sabbath mode so that you can still see your food. The lighting is dimmed though, and will stay on continuously regardless of whether the door is opened or closed. The lights are LED lights, so they do not put off heat like incandescent or compact fluorescent bulbs. The LED lights do not add heat to the refrigerator compartment and are long lasting.
