Hello, thank you for your question. There is not an adjustable stop for this refrigerator's full width door and we apologize for any inconveniences this may cause. If you have just purchased this refrigerator, it was either installed improperly or all the packing tape wasn't removed. If it is not new, we recommend checking to ensure that there's not a food item wedged in such a way that is stopping you from opening the drawer further. Both refrigerator fresh food doors have to be opened to open the full width drawer.
