Yes, a standard cord 3 plug cord comes with it. You do not need to buy an additional cord unless you have the 210. Small castors come with the until. They are non-directional and really can only go backward and forward with any ease...and the machine is a whopping 87 pounds. I still love my dryer...I just think the castors are cheep. If you are handy, you could come up with some great platform and castor designs without much work or cost.
