“I have a GTW330ASK0WW washer. In the manual, there is a table for Wash Cycles. It says there are 2 options for Spin Selection: Max/Extra and Normal. How do I change the Spin Selection to Normal? Ours must set to Max because it is very long & loud.”

Hi CrazyLoudSpin- Thanks for your purchase! The washer does not offer manual speed selections. The washer has a variable speed motor. The variable speed motor adjusts the agitation and spin speeds throughout the cycle based on the cycle selected, the load size, and the amount of torque (resistance) it gets from the load. There is no "fixed" speed for slow or fast speeds. The wash cycle controls the type of washing process. The charts on pages 9-10 in the Owner's Manual will help you match the items to be washed with the best wash cycle settings. For optimal performance. Unbalanced loads can cause the washer to vibrate more. Stop the machine and redistribute the load, if necessary. Make sure the washer is level.
