“My wife hates our washer as the clothes are always knotted up and tangled into knots. She has a hard time getting them loose. Does anyone else have this problem with the 330 model washer.”

My washer is just 2 years old. Still looks brand new. It is off balance 99% of the time. And I am experienced at loading washers always careful not to over load any machine as I want clothes cleaned. After pulling out more than half my loads most times and working myself to dwath squezzing out towels or whatever and knowing 2 towels of the same weight balanced in machine should work....but omg NOOOO. Never again GE.
