“Mine does not a have a fabric softener despenser. It's just a cap on the top of the agitator. I've been trying to figure out for weeks where do I add the fabric softener. Is that a piece sold separately?”

Hi Bobby- Washer model GTW330ASKWW is equipped with a fabric softener dispenser. Make sure to select the Deep Rinse option when using a fabric softener.
