“I just bought this machine. If I pause it during the wash cycle and open the lid there is no water in the drum. Is this normal? Thanks”

Hello Moparmutt, I am happy to help. It can depend as to when you open it during the cycle. On this unit you can manually choose the desired water levels; Small, Regular, Large, Super. It also features a Deep Fill Rinse option. When selected, the deep rinse cycle ensure clothes are rinsed of soap residue and fabric softener. Are you clothes coming out wet and clean?
