“My washer has started skipping the spincycle between wash and rinse. Now I'm wondering if it ever did spin between wash and rinse. Is it missing a step? It has stopped spinning at the end of cycle also occasionally”

Hi Sandy- Thanks for reaching out to us! At the end of the wash cycle, the washer pumps out all of the water. The washer retains only the water in the clothes, it does not spin, but fills again with 11 gallons of water. It will agitate for 10 seconds and then soak for 2.5-3 minutes. Last, it will pump out and do final spin.
