Questionnoticed after some washes that we have a odor smelling like sewage and others not. I always leave lid open for awhile, so washer drys out. Does this mean all water is not getti ng spun out? I have the 330ASK3WW.

QuestionGE model GTW330ASKWW, when in the agitation mode there's a loud sound as if metal rubbing on metal. During spin cycle no sound at all. What might my problem be. Washer is only 3 yrs. old.

QuestionOn back of my washer it has a ethernet port. Is it there because the back plate is interchangeable with other models , or is this model wifi capable?

QuestionRecently purchased GE GTW335ASNOWW. Is it not supposed to fill with water and agitate during Normal Rinse cycle. It only fills w water and agitates when using Deep Rinse. Without Deep Rinse, clothes come out streaky since suds obviously remain.

QuestionI have a gtw330. It Drained but will not turn at this point or turn off there are no lights and when I try the reset that doesn’t work I will unplug for the one minute and then when you plug it back in the machine turns on no lights acts like it wants

- Answer Welcome to the club. I was told it was a caused by the pressure sensor hose. Changing that didn't make a difference. Sometimes this washer does whatever it wants to

QuestionG018/GTW465ASN 4.5 washer. How to do extra spin cycle AFTER a completed wash? I turned the dial to Drain & Spin & pressed START, but it actually FILLED with water first & then went into the Spin Cycle. Washed a bath mat on Bulky & it was full of water.
