QuestionOur washer is only one year old and it does not hold water. It fills and gets the clothes wet, then it drains out and goes into the wash cycle with no water in the basket. Yes the drain is 30 inches off the floor and the hose is not to far in the drain.

QuestionMy washer is not doing so well with bulky items - if I need to wash a pillow insert or a duvet, it will finish the bulky items cycle, and make a lot of noise when spinning, but it's completely sodden at the end and hasn't drained or spun successfully.

QuestionWhen machine is in wash mode, it sounds like the motor is going to lockup it is so loud. This only happens on wash cycle. Spin ok. This happened with a normal size load and smaller load also. what to do?

QuestionHow to you fix or reset the machine? We had an out of balance load and during the spin cycle it shut itself down and wont reset. I've tried the "lid dance" and the turning of the dial, nothing is working.

QuestionCan I reduce the rate this washer discharges water? It keeps over flowing the drain. I've snaked the drain and it can keep up with no problem running a hose at full port, but the discharge cycle of the washer still over flows the drain.

QuestionI have a GE top loading model GTW330ASK1WW I bought May 2018. It has a severe walking problem. Tech said it was my fault. No matter how I load clothes, I have to stop before rinse/spin to redistribute clothes, or it walks about 8-10". Terrible machine
