QuestionI just had this unit installed. When the washer is in the wash cycle, the agitator moves a little bit forward, pauses, moves forward, pauses, moves forward, etc...….and seems slow. It does not agitate back and forth. Is it supposed to work this way?

- Answer Ours does the same thing so I think it is supposed to work that way.

QuestionIs model GUD27ESSM approved for installation in alcove or closet? It’s not displayed at a store near me so I can’t see the label on back of dryer ... where it says if it is or not... this is according to installation instructions I saw online... Thanks

- Answer Hi there - Our gas dryers are factory-equipped for natural gas, so an LP Conversion Kit is necessary to covert the unit to liquid propane. The LP Conversion Kit compatible with this unit is WE25M74 and it's sold separately. Instructions for converting the unit will be included with the kit and we recommend a qualified installer or servicer convert the gas dryer to the proper gas supply needed. (The conversion must be in accordance with the our instructions and all codes and requirements of the authority having jurisdiction.) Additionally, information about adjusting for elevation can be found on page 5 of the installation instructions (linked on our website). We hope this is insightful!
