• Hello - This is Lisa from GE Appliances. I am happy to help. This model has electronic touch controls, which provide a hi-tech appearance and are easy to activate and clean. It is not a glass control. Electronic controls use state of the art microprocessor chips and are simple to operate. They are controlled by the touch of a finger.
